Digital Itinerary Packs
Buy a downloadable route, you own it the second the file hits your inbox. No refunds once the download link clicks, files don’t crawl back. Spot a glitch, corrupted zip, missing page, ping us within 48 hours, we fix or refund, no sweat.

Partner Bookings & Deposits
Some routes lock seats on boats, lodges, guides through trusted locals. You pay us, we pass it on minus a slim handling cut. Deposit rules mirror the operator, usually 30 % non-refundable to secure the bunk, balance due 45 days out. Cancel 60+ days ahead, deposit back minus 50 bucks paperwork sting. Inside 60 days, operator policy rules, often zero return, but we fight for every dollar, push credits, future dates, whatever bends.

Force Majeure Clause
Volcano coughs ash, border snaps shut, storm swallows the harbor, we call it force majeure. Partner cancels, full refund rolls within 14 days, no questions. We eat the processing bite, you get clean cash.

Processing Timeline
Refunds land where they left, card, PayPal, bank transfer, 5 to 10 business days after we green-light. Currency wiggles, bank fees, those stay on your tab.

Non-Refundable Extras
Custom tweaks, rushed PDF, extra map layers, those stay paid once delivered. Gift cards, store credit, final sale, no cash back, but they never expire.

How to Request
Shoot an email, subject “Refund”, order number, reason short and sweet. We reply within 48 hours, ask proof if needed, receipt, cancellation note from the operator. Decision final, but we explain every cent.
